West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My significant other transferred to West Delray Nursing & Rehab from another local 5 Star facility for continuation of his rehab stay. The nursing staff have been great. My SO feels like he was taken care of better here than at the other 5 Star facility. Everyone is friendly. The nursing staff have been incredible. Rehab is spot on. They have been amazing in helping my husband recover. The food is edible. Activities is ok. Activities needs more of a selection of the activities. Maybe more movies versus games. I definitely would recommend this facility for rehab. I would haven given 5 Stars except for Activities.

Consistent excellent nursing care, personalized rehabilitation plans, great Administrator, and strong communication with families. The facility maintains high cleanliness standards and follows best practices for patient care and safety. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking comprehensive, compassionate nursing and rehabilitation care for their loved ones!

The nurses were wonderful. CNA were great. The building is so clean, food was delicious, speech and therapy very happy with. Leadership in the building was wonderful and answered all our questions, especially the unit 1 manager.

This facility was absolutely amazing and caring. They met all my families needs and wishes. My uncle is back on his own living his life without missing a beat. Thank you West Delray Nursing and Rehab.

Great place for rehabilitation for your loved one. They took excellent care of my grandmother and did an outstanding job. The staff was amazing and very compassionate. Highly recommend!
