Unmatched customer service. Zaid spent almost 2 hours on the phone with my insurance when there weren't going to cover my medication. He saved me hundreds of dollars. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The quality of service here makes going to any other pharmacy painful!

I chose the West Concord Pharmacy to pick up my medications because of its location, between Emerson hospital and my home. My meds were ready when i walked into the store, straight ahead was the counter and at least two people behind it ringing up customers, I quickly paid and left. Over time i learned to renew my meds over the phone easily, and soon the clerks recognized me as I walked in, and had my prescription at the counter by the time i got there. You can count on efficient and friendly service at WCP, in a timely fashion. Prices on otc goods are modest as well, a surprise for the area!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location. Large inventory of devices for physical ailments. Pharmacists are excellent! As a not very satisfied CVS customer, I am extremely happy that I switched to the West Concord Pharmacy.

Switched to West Concord pharmacy recently, we have been extremely happy with them. They have the perks of the larger chains but with a more personal, local feel. The other day, I forgot my wallet, and only had a few bucks on me. The clerk just spotted me the money for a product I really needed at the time to help me out (I paid her back the next day)!
