West Cobb Specialty Pharmacy

It’s a smaller pharmacy compared to the ones I had previously used, but I can definitely say I prefer it a thousand times more. The young lady and pharmacist were very patient and helpful. I was having trouble getting my Rx sent over and they went above and beyond to help me. If you want exceptional customer service this is the place.

What a great pharmacy! They can fill prescriptions that are otherwise hard to get from other pharmacies. It is in a doctors building next to Cobb General Hospital on Austell Rd., but you really don't have to pay for parking if you there under a half hour. They are expedient, so you are out of there without having to pay for parking; they applied my prescription plan; they can mail most prescriptions; the staff is very personable and know you by name. Honestly, I was fed up with other retail drug stores that are slowwww in filling prescriptions; do not even recognize you even though you have been going there for a long time and most importantly, do not fill special prescriptions. If you want the best customer service possible, please go to this pharmacy. You will be glad you did.
