Great local gym with everything you need. It’s open 24 hours, which makes it easy to fit workouts into any schedule. There’s a wide variety of equipment, and both the staff and members are incredibly friendly. As someone who has had a lot of anxiety about going to a gym, I never feel self-conscious here, which makes a huge difference. The kids club has been a big plus for our family—we’ve even used it on a public holiday, which is rare and really appreciated. The sauna is a great bonus, and having access to massage therapy and a smoothie bar makes it feel like more than just a gym. It’s veteran-owned and very military-friendly, and the membership pricing is very reasonable for everything that’s included. Highly recommend.

Great gym…it’s my “peaceful place”. The place is clean, people are respectful, and they have every setup and machine I want for my workouts. Every time I come here, I decompress - and it helps me improve my physical and mental health 🖤 ;

Just got a membership tonight, had my first lift right after, and loved it. When I walked in and asked for a tour, the lady at the smoothie stand dropped everything she was doing and immediately gave me a full tour of the place. She was super friendly and answered all my questions. When we went through the contract she was very thorough about all charges and fees that way I won’t be surprised if charges look different some months. I also received a very generous military discount which is always appreciated. The equipment is all in good quality and there is a very generous amount of weights from what I’ve seen. The men’s locker room is also getting an update which is always nice. Literally, the only thing I wish was different was the sauna’s max temperature. It gets up to 160° which isn’

This is a great gym with cardio equipment up front, two side rooms (one more isolated) which include rack equipment. As you walk back there are rows of machines each row labeled for the specific body part hit so it's easy for someone new to the gym to find what they are looking for. There are also two areas with freeweights, multiple squat racks, and a back room for stretching, boxing bags, sit up machines, tires and sledgehammer with more located out back. And they also have daycare, tanning, and eyelash booth for the ladies. Or men if that's your thing, no judgement here. Top notch gym. Best I've been to since Legacy Barbell when I lived back in TX. West Coast Fitness is absolutely a 5/5 gym in every way. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a great mix of machines, free weights, and functional training space so you never feel limited in your workout. The atmosphere is super welcoming—whether you’re just starting out or have been lifting for years, you feel comfortable and supported here. What really sets West Coast Fitness apart is the owner. They’re fantastic—approachable, involved, and clearly invested in both the gym and its members. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive, community-focused environment and are always open to feedback or a quick chat.
