Never in my life have I dealt with this level of incompetence . Months and months of calls and repeating myself yet still the issue remains. I have a claim that I have been trying to get them to send through to the correct insurer for almost a YEAR now. I am not paying over $400 for a service that is covered through my insurance, all they have to do is bill it properly. Absolutely unbelievable.
