Dr Qusay is a lifesaver! I have been without teeth for a couple of years and was discouraged because other dentists said they couldn't help me; I would leave with tears in my eyes and no hopes of smiling again. I wouldn't take pictures or hangout with friends out of embarrassment. When my husband and I would go out they would comment that he was a good son. When I met Dr Qusay and his wonderful staff I was ready for the disappointment but he took one look at me with a smile and said he could help me! I finally have my smile and confidence back.

Always an Hour or More Behind Schedule I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing wait times at this office. My family and I have been patients here for a while, and nearly every appointment involves waiting an hour or more past our scheduled time. This is not an occasional issue—it happens consistently. While the dentist and hygienists provide good care once you are finally seen, the scheduling and office management are a serious problem. One routine cleaning took over 2.5 hours despite having a confirmed appointment. A quick look at the reviews shows that many patients have raised the same concern for years, yet nothing has changed. It appears the office continues to overbook appointments with little regard for patients’ time and schedules.

Completely unprofessional. They have little to no regard for the patients they’re serving. You would think that a place pulling teeth out of your mouth would be better. Guess not. Save your time and go someplace else. Worst dental experience ever!!
