Dr Brian West and his team were phenomenal. They were the only periodontist within an hour of Nashville that had the tools for my implant emergency where my implant was completely hanging out in my mouth. I was visiting from Toronto and his team stayed late to ensure I was taken care of day of. They’re extremely professional and kind and I was ecstatic with the fix. Cannot recommend them enough. Exemplary service! Dr. West and his lovely staff took care of an emergency dental situation while I was going on a cross country motorcycle trip. Not only did they schedule my appointment quickly, I was treated in a professional and caring manner. Dr. West spoke at length to me, took an x-ray, fixed my loose crown and adjusted my bite to reduce any chance of further issue. After all of this, I was stunned to learn that he did not charge me for this emergency service. I highly recommend going to Dr. West - if I lived here, he would most definitely be mine! My husband was referred to Dr. Brian West because he needed a deep cleaning. Dr. Brian West was very personable and professional. He performed the deep cleaning and my husband was not in any pain afterwards. We also found out that he was grinding his teeth. Dr. West made a night guard for him that has made a huge difference in helping him to get a good night's sleep and he is able to wake up refreshed. The staff was courteous and the appointment reminders were very helpful. Thanks for getting my husband back on track with his dental care. I highly recommend Dr. West and his staff.

Dr Brian West is an exceptional practitioner, however; in today's insurance environment his staff lacks attentiveness on their billing practices. I have paid out of pocket for cleanings and other services that were not filed through the practice appropriately. I had to continuously get personally involved with insurance issues. I was ultimately held responsible (which is normal practices) for cost beyond that which should have been covered by insurances. The responsibility of payment by the patient is understood and agreed upon before treatments Beyond the difficulties with administration of insurance claims, I have nothing but admiration for his practices. I have had great success with the treatments but have moved on to another practice that diligently administers the insurance claims.

Dr. West is a great Periodontist. He did a great job on my implant with no problems at all. I highly recommend him and his wonderful hygienist June. No one can clean my teeth as well as she can.
