Telemetry is a great team! If there were more than 5 stars, I would gladly give them. Dr. Zeidan is an excellent doctor—knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Lisa and Robin are the best nurses I could ever have. They have wonderful attitudes and truly work hard to care for their patients. Their kindness and dedication really stand out. Surgeon O’Neill is also very caring and attentive. She pays close attention to her patients and makes sure to listen to all concerns.

My father was brought to the West Boca ER by ambulance on Sunday with a high fever. He was evaluated by Dr. Hernandez, who quickly admitted him for further care. Throughout his stay, he was treated with exceptional care, dignity, and professionalism. I’m very happy to share that he was released today and is doing great. Our family is deeply grateful to the entire staff at West Boca, especially the Telemetry team. We would like to specifically thank Dr. Hernandez, Dr. Cortes, Dr. Chaudhry, and the wonderful nursing staff including Veronica, Marlen, Kelsey, Gratzia, Kayla, Tima and many more. TELEMETRY I would truly like to recognize the amazing staff on the Telemetry floor. My stay was eight days, and they made a very difficult time so much easier for me. Charge Nurse Raquel was incredible. The way she leads and still takes the time to personally check on patients really stood out to me. You can tell she genuinely cares. Nurse Magdala and Krista was a blessing to me. They made me feel at home during my entire stay. They was always on time with my medications, consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel bad for asking questions, no matter how many I had. I truly have zero complaints—my experience with the Labor & Delivery team at West Boca Hospital was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, Tatyana welcomed me with so much love and care; she was fast, incredibly comforting, and made me feel at ease even while I was in a lot of pain. Everyone in the C-section room was exceptional and helped calm my nerves during such an emotional moment. After transferring, my overnight nurse Angelika was so attentive, sweet, and caring. The next day, Daniela and Karima were beyond words—their calm energy gave me strength and made my experience so much better.
