I just want to express my gratitude and express my appreciation for this pharmacy. They are always professional, friendly, and they always Make sure that each patient is completely satisfied. I am so grateful and I am so happy to be a customer or patient for this particular pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last 2 years. It WAS a wonderful pharmacy that treated me with dignity and respect until recently. I use mail order for over $2000/month worth of prescriptions. Some of those prescriptions are for psych meds that I desperately need to maintain a good quality of life and my career. Being a nurse during Covid has definitely exacerbated my PTSD, anxiety, and depression. When I didn't receive my monthly shipment of medication without ANY EXPLANATION from the pharmacy I called to follow up and find out why. After being hung up on several different times I finally received a partial shipment of my monthly medication (over a month late). I again called the pharmacy to ask why I only received a partial shipment of my medication. The young man who answered th

I would give this place 0 stars if it was available. These people are crooks and make up the prices as they go along. The first time I went there they charged me $35.00 and the next month they charged me $41.72 for the exact same medication. When I asked why the price was different I was told that the price of the medication increased. When I go home I was completely grossed out by the fact that they had dispensed my medication in an old used bottle. I contacted the FTC board of pharmacy to file a complaint (still pending). But it gets worse, after this experience of course I changed my pharmacy for my next refill and guess what the price of the medication was at Rite-Aid? $9.99 West Alondra pharmacy charged me 4X what the actual price of the medication was...I have added this informatio

Great customer service, very friendly, and great to have in the community. At West Alondra I always receive quick service, other pharmacys like Walgreens the wait time for the medication is longer and sometimes days.
