West Acres Pharmacy

I love this privately owned company. They answer the phone with a live intern. Wow! The Intern helped me in two minutes. I waited in line maybe three minutes. After years of trying to get past the automated service, the understaffed and low quality generic meds I was done with Walgreens. The intern said she could transfer my remaining refills the next day. Medication comes in a brown unmarked paper bag. They have a security guard, and that really makes this a FIVE star pharmacy. Plus, I was very pleased to receive a high end generic I used to get at Walgreens. I have drug sensitivities. Not all generics are alike. At Walgreens, I received a different brand every month; even with my prescription strength generic Advil. That is a huge factor to me. I will drive 45 minutes vs. 5 minutes becau

Very quick service and everyone seems honestly enjoy their job unlike other larger pharmacies

The turnaround is quick enough at this pharmacy. However, the staff can be less than friendly or approachable. We've used this pharmacy for 3+ years. Perhaps it's time for a change as the staff interaction has never improved. There are plenty of other businesses who would welcome a new customer.

West Acres Pharmacy is the best!!! Staff remember you by name and they go out of their way to take care of every prescription. They are one of the few neighborhood and locally owned pharmacy's left.Thank you!

So glad I found this pharmacy. Super convenient and very friendly, helpful staff. Also always explain things really well and offer to answer any questions you might have. HIGHLY recommend!
