Wesley Medical ER

Ive been to this ER NUMEROUS times, as it is the closest to me, and usually things with my little one happen late at night or on a weekend abd its the only option. The staff , nurses and doctors have always been so kind, so patient and efficient. We are usually there for my toddler and they handle her well. I love this wesley location 🙏

The nurses were very sweet but I went there when I had broken my ribs and they told me I was having gas pains after giving me an xray and sent me home. I didn’t know I had broken my ribs until I went to via Christi after having more complications and horrible pain for days. There they found I had TWO broken and how they have no idea how the er didn’t see them. They can’t do anything to treat broken ribs but it was nice to have an answer and not nice to now have to pay two bills. Will never trust this place again

Had a medical emergency (severe ear pain/ hearing loss/ pressure/ tinnitus) was taken back pretty fast (because it was 3am) but still waited 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor. I expressed that I have never had an ear infection (I’ve taken care of my nephews and but this doesn’t seem like an ear infection. The doctor looked in my are for almost 3 seconds and said it was severe swimmers ear. Gave me drops to help the pain. When I used them they hurt my ear worse. I went to a different clinic two days later because the I woke up and had blood and pus all over me. the P. A. Said I had a perforated ear drum and a that the perforation was there for a few days and that I should have never taken the drops. Also the drops said “for eyes only” I didn’t notice until I took a picture to show the new d

My mom was in a wheel chair when we went through the front doors—she could not bear weight AT ALL on her right foot, and her left foot was sprained. The first time we went back was to get information as to why we were there. After a few annoying questions on if she can walk, we were sent back into the waiting room. About 20 minutes or so later, we get sent back again, and the nurse, aid, whoever, told my mom to “stand up so we can get your weight.” We both said simultaneously that she can’t stand up. Whoever the worker was, she looked my mom up and down and just stared at her foot. The woman we saw when we went back the first time, had passed by and said how she already got that information. They didn’t know who they were bringing back because the second lady asked if my mom was in for abd

This was the best experience ever I’ve had stomach issues for years they diagnosed me within an hour and changed my life I’m so relieved and grateful. Customer see was phenomenal everyone so nice
