On July 29th of this year, It took 12 hours to get medical attention for my overdose attempt, 5 hours to hear from my doctor. I was crying in hallways begging for help because I was so isolated and everyone was ignoring me. They "mistakenly" tried to outpatient me and refused to let me talk to my doctor about the situation for hours and threatened me. Multiple calls were ignored, or just making empty promises. If they would've listened to me, this would have been a completely different situation. I want something to come from this because I don't want someone to be treated like this, to be scared, alone and treated not human for being mentally ill. I wasn't given meds except when I vomited on myself and when I left. This whole experience is honestly shocking, scary, and unreasonable of wh

Went to the Pre Op session and that was very helpful and informative. Except, was told not to bring my CPAP machine as they had one. Got to the floor, and they wanted my one from home. They need to talk. Was told to be there at 8 am. Surgery was not till 1:30. That waiting was unnecessary. Once in preoperative, things moved along and were fine. Surgery and recovery was great. Got to the floor, 1st nurse was great but was shift change so she left. 2nd nurse seemed confused abt meds and I had a really hard time understanding her. Next shift nurse seemed ok but he kinda disappeared mid shift. My discharge was chaos with no one knowing when or what my DC instructions were. As I said the nurse disappeared mid shift and I never did see him again. Was sent down to DC area, where they

We had our baby a week ago at Wesley Birth center. We had a great experience with all the nurses and staff! They made sure we felt safe, comfortable and answered all our first time parent questions. A big shout out to Courtney C. who was there for the support during our birth. Taught me how to push and was very comforting to talk to for mom and dad! Thank you so much Courtney. You made our experience so easy and wonderful. You are a great nurse!

I was at Wesley yesterday to have my gall bladder removed. I was in the ER in a hall bed. They were extremely busy and still gave me the greatest care I could ever ask for. All staff, nurses, student aids, surgeons, etc. were amazing!!! The kindness they showed me and my husband…there are no words to express my gratitude. Truly truly wonderful staff!!!! Thank you so much for help❤️

My fiance went for a surgery on 12/2/25 (open wedge osteotomy) and had a bad post-op experience by the surgeon (Dr Hollenbeck). 1. Early this year he did a surgery on her and only gave tylenol and ibuprufen. She was in so much pain, sad during the second visit the doctor insisted that she gave a stronger pain killer but that was not true coz the pharmacy had no records. 2. The doctor never explained any post-op plans or the results of the surgery to her. We were left so confused and had to try contact his PA several times to share with us post-op notes and plans. 3. The doctor was not empathetic and insisted on discharging same day after the surgery, this is after she was in so much pain and could not even go home since she never had anyone to attend to her (she lives alone). 4. They never
