Dr Bi and her staff are like no doctor or medical team I have ever met. Phenomenal humans going above and beyond for the patient. Most importantly, extremely caring and made me feel 1,000% comfortable. After meeting Dr.Bi and Matt I knew she was the one for me to rid of my brain tumor and save my life. Dr. Bi immediately calmed my fears about a very scary diagnosis. Her presence and demeanor were so reassuring that in five minutes I felt that I was in the best possible hands. She was incredibly present and professional throughout the process, before and after surgery. She checked on me and made sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout each step of the way. My surgery ended up being more complicated than expected, but with her experience it was not a problem for her. It is hard to balance professionalism and approachability, but Dr. Bi does it perfectly. She genuinely sympathizes with their suffering and interacts with them with both understanding and positivity.

Dr Bi & her team are rock stars. They are very empathetic & connect on a personal level, which is rather extraordinary given the severity of the work they are doing.
