On June 9th my wife called to make appointment . I asked the young lady at the time that I wanted to make an appointment to get my blood work done and see if I can make appointment to come back to see Wendy and there was silent on the phone and I asked excuse me are you still there: She said yes and I told her again what I was trying to do without any warning she put me on hold: She came back on the phone and I told her that was rude. She should have let me know that I was going to be put in hold. She acted as if what I said didn’t matter. Tried to explain to her again by the way I was able to get her name DEJA. Unfortunate experience with this office. We are a recently retired military family and we were very excited to find a doctor close to the house. From ridiculous fees to inconsistent information it was a awful experience. We were going to be charged 80+ bucks just to get 1 of our child immunizations transferred to a state form. LITERALLY JUST TAKING INFORMATION FROM ONE FORM AND PUTTING IT TO ANOTHER. Even though on the phone they told me it would be the regular co pay fee. They also were going to send me to Office Depot to print it out because they said I could not email it to them because they would have to scan it. What?! If it’s emailed it’s already digital 🤷🏾‍♀️. Unprofessional staff . Waited 2 hours just for Dr Wendy Parrish to deny medical attention due to me leaving an unpleasant review over a year ago .

Wonderful staff and Dr Wendy Parrish is great! She has been my Doctor for 5 years and now my son goes to her.. love you

Dr.Wendy Parrish make sure all my numbers are right.Plus she make sure that I take all my test to be healthy.
