Wellstar Urgent Care

NP Oghaleoghene Kolo and Shay (CSR) were the perfect team for professional medical care and customer service. I walked in (you can schedule a time) and my care from check-in to on-site pharmacy was exceptional. I'm from out-of-state and this location was within 5 minutes of where I was staying. NP Oghaleoghene is truly blessed, compassionate, and passionate about serving her patients with the utmost attention and care. I highly recommend her and Shay if you need urgent care in Austell.

I had a great experience at this medical center. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Patel and his team were professional and caring. I felt welcomed, listened to, and well taken care of throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the kindness shown and would highly recommend this place.

We had 2 poor experiences with NP Veronica dealing with a reoccurring injury my son was dealing with. Both times, I felt we weren't heard or even treated appropriately. At times, she was down right rude. On our second visit, he had an x-ray. We were told the x-ray was clear and sent on our way, barely treated. I even asked for a treatment on a wound he had and was told no. I received a phone call 10 minutes later, stating there was in fact, a fracture found on the x-ray! Everyone else at this facility that we encountered was lovely!

Wasn't pleased with the Doctor and follow up instructions. The office staff and the nurses all get 5 stars. I need a CT on my finger, need a referral don't have that and I have been usa splint and wrapping it and it's gotten worse. So my only option is the emergency room now

Wellstar on East-West Connector at Cooper Lake is a great Urgent Care facility. I was in and out. I had a great experience with the staff. The place was clean and neat. I would go to this Urgent Care Center again!!
