I was there with my friend the other day since she had an appointment. She told me how the nurses made her feel uncomfortable, they were rude and were basically gossiping about other team members. She did mention that the only person that was nice, gave her correct information about her chart, even asked how was she feeling was the young lady at the front desk Sarah (or Tara, I can’t remember her name), so the star rating is really for her…..Needless to say the nurses need to do better in that place of business especially since they took classes to become nurses they need to take their job more serious and if they don’t like what they do then they need to find other place of employment.

I had a Good experience with the office. Sara at the front desk was super nice! She was very patient with all of my questions and was a huge help!

9:20: Arrive for my 9:30 appointment. They tell me my estimate for a PCP visit is $210 which I told them sounded wrong. They insisted. I cancelled the appoint at 9:24 9:26: I called my insurance company and explain. They say it should be covered under my copay. 9:33: I go back inside and explain to the lady at the front desk what the insurance company is saying and offer to let her speak to them so she can receive reference numbers regarding my particular insurance plan. She says that I can do a virtual appointment at 11:30 or I can come back at 3:30p for an appointment and the testing and vaccines. I ask if I can run the test and get the vaccines now and do the 11:30 virtual and I'm told no. Mind you, the appointment was supposed to start 3 minutes ago and no new people have come into

The clinical staff does not answer the phone or return phone calls, it’s going on day 3 I still haven’t gotten a call back from her after leaving a message. Nurse Brown didn’t send my birth control to the pharmacy and I called none stop and no one answered. I had to drive back to the office and the office waiting area was completely empty so it’s not like they were super busy. I still haven’t gotten a call for my results. The staff members at this office does not care about your health.

Nice people and Kinny is the best!
