I have left several voicemails needing to schedule an appointment. The one time I got on the phone with them, they said they saw where I have been to WellStar in Augusta. They put me on hold. Then they came back to the phone and hung up on me. I called them back and it went to voicemail again. Never got a call back. Bad customer service, and I cant imagine how they treat their patients if their front staff can't even simply return a phone call.
