Michele is a phenomenal John F Barnes myofascial therapist (MFR). She is very intuitive. She had helped me with my foot pain (plantarfashitis), hip pain, back pain, headaches, you name it and she can help! 😆 She is an occupational therapist, but is better then any physical therapist, massage therapist or chiropractor that I have been to. I highly recommend her!

I was searching for someone to help with my chronic hip and groin pain when I decided to try myofascial release. I had previously seen a chiropractor for my hip issues, but wanted to explore other avenues for healing. Michelle was so patient and thorough in her explanations of not just what we were doing, but why. Michelle genuinely cared about my wellbeing and didn't just perform a myofascial release for me, she also assessed my posture, brought to light other imbalances in my body I wasn't aware of, taught me some stretches and exercises I can do at home between sessions, and gave me equipment -- free of charge -- to assist in my home therapy. I left my appointment feeling an immediate difference and cannot recommend her services enough.
