I cannot recommend this place less. I’m a healthy 31-year-old male. I booked an appointment for a routine check-up, saw the doctor for 20 minutes, and left. The visit was a quick check-up (BP, steth, etc), plus I asked for a PT referral and got a refill on an inhaler. Weeks later the visit was billed for over $600. I thought it must be a mistake. I called privia to see if the coding was correct, and they said it was coded “according to their policy”. I asked my insurance to look into it and they found that I was billed as a new patient (I’d been there before) and coded for both a routine and problem visit all in one. I did get the PT appointment at an unrelated facility, at which I spent an hour with an excellent professional who helped me train out a recurrent shin splint proble

I have been a long-term pcp patient at wellspring. Every provider I’ve had has been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. When referrals are needed- the facility helps initiate these in a timely fashion. Every interaction with each staff member has been positive. They also offer some unique services like their Weight and Wellness clinic.

Excellent Christian Care. Chris Baker loves his patients and is on a first name basis with me and my family, as is with many of his patients. We are not just a number to him or a pay check. I absolutely love him and this practice! God Bless!

I have wellspring for both of my kids! They are absolutely wonderful! I can usually get in for same day or next day appointments! Everyone is very friendly! I should switch myself to them honestly. I have never had any major issues while going here! And every problem I ever had was resolved! I have switched multiple times and multiple places for my kids. But so far this is the best!

Wow! As a medical professional, I thought picking a small place would be great. However this is the worse care I have received. My doctor recommended something, that later she said, “I would not have recommended...”! When I call to set up an appointment, nothing is ever available. “We don’t make appointments for Thursday”. I highly do not recommend this place. The receptions are polite, but never can get me an appointment.
