WellSpan Urgent Care - Chambersburg

I went in for a broken foot, Catherine, Kelly and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They joked with me and eased my anxiety. I walked out with skittles, crutches, and a boot. Probably my best medical experience in 30 years. Extremely friendly and professional staff and will recommend to anyone!

This place is pathetic! Wellspan says to come to urgent care if it’s not an emergency. A UTI is not an emergency,,, but I get scolded for not going to the emergency room. A little training is in order here. My next visit will be keystone urgent care.

Our son broke his arm a few weeks ago during practice at school and they were able to get him seen quickly but they were very inpatient with him. He's 14 years old and was in a lot of pain and both the doctor and nurses were audibly annoyed and made the situation worse than it already was.

EDIT 8/26/25: Switching my review from 5 stars to 2. Just saw the podiatrist this morning. He stated my ankle is fractured. Wellspan Urgent Care said there is no break or fracture, and that they thought I had a ganglion cyst (hence the podiatry referral). Upon seeing the podiatrist that I was referred to this morning, he stated it is very clear in the x-rays that Wellspan took that I have a fracture. He showed it to me, and I could even see it. It would be nice if urgent care providers actually knew how to read x-rays. No clue why this place has such poor reviews. I went here last night for the first time. The time I walked in the doors to the time I walked out was less than an hour (on a Friday night)! The young lady at the front desk was kind, my radiologist was efficient and understand

First thing they don’t even listen to you, can’t relay info correctly to each other and laugh in the face of one my symptoms and tell me it isn’t real but a legit doctor knew exactly what I meant. There absolute bottom barrel of medical practice, go here if you wanna be disrespected while your feeling down and out
