I had a terrible experience here just recently. I went to this location for a routine physical, but was billed for a “treatment visit”. After calling WellSpan to correct the coding error/re-submit the claim with my insurance company, Well Span would not remedy the situation. I went in to get my tire pressure checked, and was charged for a new set of tires. Terrible customer service. They ended our final conversation with “it is what it is”. I cannot recommend this office to anyone. Steer clear!

I go there for my labs they're usually quick and easy.

Dr Jess was great although she lied to me. She told me if i didnt come up dirty for heroin that i was safe and wouldnt lose my medications. I came up dirty for uppers cuz i have adhd. I feel like i have to throw up everyday of my life. Well Jess gave me the meficine that is used to treat my symptoms. I have panic attacks where i feel like my heads gonna explode and the supervisor of the worst place ever. Jess should get a job where she can keep her integrity. I cant wait to end this. Its impossible to live like this and im tired of seeing doctors who have no experience what i go through. Ready for world 2. This 1 doesnt like me

Very easy and convenient blood work

Avoid Dr. Chen, terrible experience. Recently moved to area and wanted a local PCP. Office staff was very friendly.
