WellSpan Pharmacy at Fairfield

The staff have always been nice and helpful. They get familiar with their regular customers and that's reassuring when you have a medication issue and need to call in and they know you.

I like the atmosphere of a small pharmacy. This one is good. Most of the time they have what i need. I wish they would update and upgrade the store part. I used to go to Cantners in Federalsburg md. They had a great selection of presents and jewelry. Also some nice clothes. Wellspan pharmacy could do much better. They need to get rid of the Ganz crap they sell for too much. The staff is excellent and always helpful.

I only go into to this pharmacy if I have to pick up for one of my kids or grandkids. Some are Wellspan employees so they use the Wellspan pharmacy. I’ve gone in quite a few times to hear “your prescription isn’t ready yet, come back in 20 min.” I go in 20 min later and still not ready. Or they don’t have enough to fill an Rx which creates another trip. And tonight was no better. I walked in to the Pharmacist looking at his computer, two ladies walking around, and the normal register person there somewhere. NO ONE even acknowledged I was there. When I finally said a minute or so later “is anyone working the register?” I was told in a not so pleasant voice from the person still behind his computer “someone would be there in a minute.” 🙄 The register guy is always pleasant, but for Pete’s s

For a small town pharmacy, I’ve noticed some good changes. I now get a text message when my daughters prescription is ready so I don’t have to call. The guy behind the counter knows my face and immediately gets her monthly prescription. They are friendly and more helpful and I always notice everyone is working hard to get things done. Awesome group of people and absolutely delightful and very respectful every time I go get my prescriptions! It's not common nowadays most people working in the pharmacies are rude and treat people like they are a not worthy of their time and I was skeptical the first time walking in to FAIRFIELD and was very much relieved when I was greeted with smiling faces!
