WellSpan Internal Medicine - Scotland Avenue

Wanted to see an internal medicine doctor for specific concerns. Made an appointment here. Felt like I was probably their youngest patient since they're right at Menno Haven! The building is new and nice with ample parking. Go in and to the left for the Internal Medicine part. The waiting room is tiny and not welcoming at all. One receptionist and she was clearly overwhelmed, I felt bad for her. She remained attentive and friendly the best she could. Nurse/med assistant was friendly and welcoming. Provider was, too. She made me feel comfortable to talk about why I was there. However, I felt that she didn't ask nearly as many questions as she should have in order to get the full picture, and I felt like I was forgetting a lot of details because of it. I had an appointment at 9:15. Got there at 9:30 and was turned away. Reason for being late? They moved and I was never notified. Got lost trying to find it. They marked me down as a no show AFTER I got there. 15 min late! What a joke. Will be there early next time. If not taken by 15 min after appt time, raising hell.

this is by far one of the worst doctors visit I ever experienced..I fell like I was judged from the moment I went into this location and did not get the services that I payed for ...there rude and very nasty at this location ...never again....and I hope a F4 tornado come down on top of this location. Some doctors office we don't need in our community.

Went to location as guided by Google maps for a vaccine. Office is actually located inside Menno Haven. Staff was nice and courteous. Easy in and out.

Not impressed. Not much more than a glorified secretary referring you everywhere taking no responsibility for his patients. If your disability FORGET it. You will not be served. After they waste your time.
