Terrible experience had a new patient appointment because my previous doctor unexpectedly passed away. My appointment was September 3rd at 4:15 with Dr Lago. As soon as the doctor came in he was asking me if I had seen a doctor nearby pointing somewhere from the office I had no clue what he was talking about I never seen that doctor I told him. Then he asked me what the main symptoms were and said that he was told by the nurse what I told him but he wanted me to say it for myself. I then told him I had a cold and I was on antibiotics via urgent care and the cold didn't seem to get much better it actually seemed to get worse and also that my last two appointments with my previous doctor he mentioned that I probably have ehlers-danlos syndrome and I've been having serious severe joint pain.

Hello, I had set appointment for March 7th,2022 and because of Dr. Merchant was not available my appointment got cancelled and got reschedule for March 14th today for Dr.Lee. I had received phone call for reschedule that appointment too because Dr.Lee also was not coming to clinic,but as I was at my work where I am not able to pickup the phone and after I didn't able to take my voicemail. I reach to the clinic for my appointment for today. at the counter there is a terminal to check in so I did checkin and wait for more that 15-20 min and when I didn't got call for Dr. I went to the lady on the counter to ask why its this much waiting after my appointment time at that time she checking in her computer screen and telling me all story that appointment got cancelled for Dr. Lee as she is not

I want to thank Dr Snyder and his team at Wellspan internal medicine for doing the emergency surgery on Saturday October 5th I am in deep honor for them for performing the surgery they removed my gallbladder it was inflamed and enlarged and they repaired the obstruction in my small intestines and yesterday they removed the Staples and I can't work out for one month and I have to keep this supportive wrap on until November 17th and I owe my deepest respect and honor to Dr Snyder and his staff
