I absolutely loved Russ, and when he passed away, I began seeing Dr. Gandianco. My favorite trait of them both, is that they do/did not rush through, they really listen/ed, and they obviously care/d. Wendy is awesome! The nurses are very helpful and caring, and they make me feel like family. Given the frequency of my visits, it's definitely appreciated!! On the very few occasions that I've had issues or questions, they're always there to help me out!

I have been a patient with Dover internal medicine for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with the nurses, staff or doctors. I see Dr. Gandionco he's never in a hurry and he really listens to what you have to say. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs medical care.

The wait time for an appointment is always short no more than 1-2 minutes. The staff greets you with a friendly smile. I have been coming here for 10 years. Dr. Rjesh Nallapati, MD a Johns Hopkins graduate, has been very good at diagnosing and treating as well as counselling better health management. Has the right balance of medicine and familiar conversations. In switching among jobs, and insurance, most insurances even those from jobs in Maryland have been accepted. Records are kept well. And each call for help is responded to in a timely manner.

I just left my appointment with Dr. Ranck, what a waste of my time, got up and left ,she is so non caring and all she wants to do is push pills, even after years of telling her I'm not a pill taker, she is snippy and non caring, Will never step foot in that office ever again, I never cared for her from Day one. Should have listened to my first instinct about her.
