WellSpan Family Medicine - Stony Brook

Dr. Ulrich has recently taken over some patients for Dr. Scarpelli. I was a long time patient of Dr S, so I was initially nervous about the transition. I’ve been very happy with the care I’ve received from Dr. Ulrich. He’s been very attentive to my health care needs, spent enough time with me that I felt heard & valued. He and his nurses have also responded and communicated efficiently through the portal. I am surprisingly more pleased than ever with my health goals & the game plan we made together. I am very grateful that he joined this practice.

We were 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointments and we're called in immediately. There was an issue with the order and Hollie fixed in in record time. I have smaller veins and people tend to have trouble with my stick. She nailed it quickly and I didn't feel anything!!! I wish I could request her every time!

Absolutely no consideration for a patient's time. Will sit in waiting room for 1/2 hour before being called back only to sit for 20+ minutes before seeing the doctor. This happens every appointment for my family member.

Went hear for labs and the girl there on Saturdays is absolutely great! Will definitely go there for all my lab work from here on out!

Finding new doctors after relocating to York area from Georgia wasn't something I was looking forward to. The office staff, the nurse and Dr. Urich all put me at easy. The visit with Dr. Urich was a great experience. One I hope that will last for many years.
