Norland family practice has provided excellent care for my 91 year old mother during the past 8 years. The staff is helpful and friendly. The nurse practitioners have all been very knowledgeable. Danielle Hull is excellent.

I’ve never had an issue and I’m always treated kindly by everyone.The front staff deals with a lot. So I don’t really care if their happiness isn’t a ten on the scale all of the time. My one negative is that it’s a long wait when calling. Always. Don’t always feel like using the PORTAL! Sometimes human interaction is best.

Melanie Reaser is my pcp and has been for long time. I really appreciate how thorough she is and she always concerned about my health. I have tried to get my boys in with her. I trust her with my life. She is always on point with everything she does.

I'm not disregarding any negative comments made on this site(bc everyone should be heard), but I do want to add that a lot of great things happen here too. Dr Melanie Reaser has been my main contact for some time now and she has always been there, accommodated my requests and listened to my concerns (some of my lowest times too). Everyone drops the ball some times and it is good to be called out when they do so that they can adjust their methods moving forward. I just don't want those that rise above to be forgotten. Kudos to Dr. Wiser too!!

I recently started seeing Dr. Malorie Zimardo at this practice because my PCP retired. I had been with him for 30+ years. And I felt I needed to leave a review. I didn't know lightning could strike twice but it did. I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and when it's your health you need someone like that. I was worried about losing my PCP after all that time but she has definitely put me at ease. And, so far everyone I have interacted with at this practice is very nice.
