Since they keep switching primary doctors on me. having a hard time getting my meds and responses.

The front staff are friendly and the nursing staff are even more so. They work efficiently and are a pleasure to talk with or contact. Earlier today I had an 11 am appointment for a routine follow up. Arrived early, checked in to an empty waiting room and was brought back immediately. After a fast and friendly health review by the nurse I was left to wait for the doctor to come in. I sat in the examination room for an hour without any contact. The doctor did not come. I had to check in with the check out desk at that point. The staff had to page him on the intercom. An excuse was made and not even a brief apology was offered. He belittled the importance of the appointment, begging the question why I need to have it in the first place. At that point he offered to see me in another 15 min

Front desk,nurses and Doctors are great in there care and communication.

Got a call from them the day before my appointment canceling on me. They were able to find an appointment for the next day. I check in. 30 minutes goes by while all patients who showed up after me already got called back. I double check with the front desk that I had the right appointment time. Apparently I got skipped. It's now 1.5 hours after my appointment time and I'm in a room, but still sitting here wondering if I've been forgotten about again.

Haven't received my prescription in over three months. Doctor doesn't have any openings for patients other than later in the months. Wouldn't fill my prescription because of not being seen so I'm headed to a new doctor's office due to this fact. Lack of patient empathy.
