WellSpan Family Medicine - Cocalico

This review is for their pediatric practice. We have had such a great, kind and welcoming experience with our pediatrician, Dr. James Fugate, the nursing staff, and front office employees. The doctor and the nurses all seen to listen to our concerns and are thorough in diagnosing and then treating or advising. I always feel welcome and my kids do not feel anxious here. I've had insurance mix ups and the front office staff treated me so kindly and tried to help as best they could. I'm really, truly glad we switched to this office for my children. Thank you all! While I can understand the new AI when someone first calls is annoying, it really will direct one accordingly. It's also better than most of the AI call prompts out there.

my blood pressure is 228/175, called for an appointment, soonest i can get in is middle of October or middle of November.. It's great to know they care about people !! Pathetic customer service

I was torn between two and three stars but the fact that my most recent visit was so irritating drove me to go with two. The one doctor that I really liked left the practice. The people up front are always nice and friendly, and Eric has always been really nice. My last experience will hopefully be my absolute last as I no longer want to go there for general care. Labwork? Yeah, sure that's fine. However during my recent annual visit, the nurse and doctor both seemed extremely tone deaf to my concerns and constantly brought up billing with insurance. The bedside manner was just horrible and they completely brushed over my concerns of depression and desire for some kind of guidance. Again, instead of recognizing these things, they were tight-lipped and would say nothing of comfort or sugge

We love this office. But in recent months they (I assume Wellspan and maybe not directly the office) have changed the calling method and now it is very difficult to get ahold of the actual office. You before would press 1,2,3 etc for scheduling, office nurse, etc. Now it ask if you are a new or current patient then you say a few words as to why your calling and it “directs” you somewhere. I assume a call center because when I get through it doesn’t seem like the actual office. I’ll update the review if it changes or goes back to the old way.
