I have known and been a patient of Dr. Brango’s since 1998, he has been very professional while maintaining a friendly manner, ALWAYS listens and is concerned with all of my problems and I have never felt that I was being pushed over.

Poorly run. Every time I show up there is a billing problem but we never have this problem when my son sees his therapist at other Wellspan facilities. They left a message at 1p.m. the day prior to his 7:45 a.m. Appointment saying I needed to call his insurance due to an incorrect provider being listed. Insurance didn't open until 8, my son was unable to be seen, and was told by the insurance company that they switched providers automatically because Dr. Brango didn't renew his credentials on time. I like Dr. Usow but not enough to keep dealing with that mess. The front desk staff was professional even with me complaining about the billing problems. Switching.

Have been a patient of Dr Brango for over 25 years. He and his staff are very professional as well as treating you like family. Here, you are a name, not a number. Allot of my family and friends go here as well. I have complete faith and trust in this staff.

I left Hershey medical sent to wellspan. I called wellspan and was sent to this office. They're choice. Upon going the dr proceeded to explain how he wasn't able to be my Dr because of the amount of opiates he prescribed into delta. I'm not from this area. This is all what he told me. Same meds for 20 months and this guy has personal reasons that shouldn't have effected me.. After unusual conversation like him telling me. "You still have the option to leave" 15 min into an appointment. He was shaking and shuddering. So I said "do I still have that option" Then I receive a letter stating I was out of order. Loud. Cussing. I treated staff w all yes mama and sirs. Was never loud. Nothing but professional to the point I had to cut contact after receiving letters saying 4 things I did none of.

My son goes to this doctors office!! They never return his calls even when it’s considered urgent. Today we went to his appt which we truly thought was at 10:30. We arrived at 10:24 only for them to say his appt was actually 10:15 so they refused to see him or even give him his test results he has been anxiously waiting. I have worked in health care for 16 years and I would not recommend anyone go here!!
