Horrible! They can make you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes+ passed you're scheduled time but if you are 10-12 mins late due to traffic you can't be seen! Considering it's an 83 year old wheelchair bound patient! Horrible service at the front desk! Acted as if the patient didn't matter because of arriving a few mins late! Mind you he was just previously released from York hospital and needed this follow up for life altering circumstances he's been facing!!

My Doctor had to change practices and so I followed her here. Not sure about the practice itself, but Dr. Orisadele is on point with everything!! Very caring, compassionate and professional. She naturally has a genuine concern for your health and well being as well as being very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better physician.

SAMANTHA, receptionist, had a DISGRACEFUL attitude toward my grandmother this morning on 6/16/25. She turned her away for being 11 minutes tardy coming directly from being discharged from rehabilitation. There was also no one in the waiting room at this time. She was belittling, sarcastic, and not coming from a place of care and compassion while emphatically declaiming their 9-minute policy. Appalling and unacceptable behavior from a medical office.

Minimum charge is $ 300 for a office visit no matter what you are being seen for.

Had to fight 3 times to get my daughter a referral for passing out then finally did only to find out she has pots then when my husband went in they don't even mention some of his issues and just ignore others completely and say he is fine now that the pain is gone even tho it comes and goes now and then
