Wells Specialty Pharmacy

I have only been dealing with this pharmacy for about 8 months, but I find them very pleasant, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to please the customer. I saw all the other posts and the news stories from years ago and was really taken aback. I've never been mistreated, mishandled, or spoken to harshly in any way. I have been very pleased and a very happy camper ever since I found the Medicine Shoppe. They have always delivered as promised.

This pharmacy is ON POINT!! I've had problems with pharmacies that would fill one prescription but not the other so when I went in and spoke with Jennifer she let me move all of my prescriptions to Wells so I didn't have to go to 3 different pharmacies. The staff goes above and beyond to help you with whatever problem you have. Jennifer is the best!!! She takes the time to listen and try to help even though she's extremely busy. Every pharmacy should have someone like her!! Thank you Wells Pharmacy!! :)

Nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. Reminds me of a small town Pharmacy attitude with all the current technology. They have always had what I needed and are very fast. Never had to wait more than 5 - 7 minutes and they have a great attitude. The bad reviews I read look like they came from one disgruntled person repeatedly that did not even want to put their name to take responsibility for their slander. Give them a try and you will see I and the past 4 reviews am/are right on the money.

Exceptional service, many pharmacies are out of my medication n told to wait for days, not at Wells. They go beyond ur needs n care about ur health n care. Personal is very helpful no matter how busy. Except for being closed Sun it is greatest pharmacy. I'm older n need extra help, they always explain n care.

This is the very BEST pharmacy that I have ever been to! This pharmacy treats you like a real person and not just a prescription number. They will always greet you with a smile and assist you with insurance issues if needed. There is nothing more flattering than when you are greeted by your name and knowing that you are in the best of care. I will always be happy to take the time and mileage to drive from Mt Dora. This pharmacy is a real jewel in the mix of non-caring pharmacies in the Orlando, WP, Sanford, Longwood, Mt Dora areas. I am so very thankful! C. Housewright
