WellPack Pharmacy is fast becoming a favorite place of mine, not just for the always friendly customer service, but the professional efficiency and the entire atmosphere. The look, feel, and smell of this quaint pharmacy is always refreshing and relaxing. I’ve never gone in there without feeling better as I left because of some kind word or interaction with staff. They are such a blessing!

Medication pickup for my cat was seamless. I was called before they processed the prescription, they sent a link to easily pay with my phone, and they notified me of medication pickup via text in less than 24 hours! Pickup was smooth (despite my last name being spelled wrong in their system), and they even left the cutest toy (which was a chili pepper) for my cat, Chili! That was the best surprise 🥹 Thank you WellPack!

Wellpack staff are the best. Great customer service, timely, and efficient. Only once was there a slight issue with a prescription (as can sometimes happen), and they immediately corrected the issue. It was so refreshing to have a pharmacy make things right quickly. Always kind and helpful.

The staff is always amazing when I go to pick up my wife’s prescription so I decided to take one of my prescriptions over to them. Everything went well when I called to refill it they guy had told me about delivery and it came next business day after I paid. He urged me to take all of my prescriptions through them which I gladly tried but upon doing so I called the same gentleman to get one refilled I had to have sent from my physician, he didn’t ask me if I was using insurance or not and assumed and I couldn’t barely understand him though he told me to wait for a call to let me know it was filled. Well day has come for my prescription to be taken and I have no call so I call and he informs me he’s waiting for insurance to approve it. This particular prescription I don’t go through insuran
