WellNow Urgent Care

Hi! My visit did NOT take long at all. I was welcomed in by a friendly nurse who took my questions and vitals with great care. I did not wait long for doctor who was also VERY friendly and she had an excellent personality which helped keep me at ease! I was basically in and out in about an hour…if that! If needed, that’s where I would go again!!!

I had a really great experience at this urgent care. I was honestly a little nervous going in since it was the day after Christmas and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. The facility was clean, and I was taken back very close to my actual appointment time, which I really appreciated. The staff was thorough and efficient, and they were able to quickly determine that I had broken my foot. Before I left, they made sure I had everything I needed — an orthopedist referral, a copy of my X-ray on a CD, a boot, and crutches. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. 2nd time here in two months for an injury. I absolutely love the people here. The front desk ladies are kind, funny and keep things light hearted even though the place was packed. The doctors assistant was pleasant professional and also very kind. The x-ray tech who drives across hells half acre between the different branches was very kind, professional and respectful. And then there’s Michelle, who has taken care of me both times I’ve been in. Simply the most personable and wonderful doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 28 years. Obviously no one wants to go to an urgent care but these people are the salt of the earth and I could not recommend them enough.

I was ushered straight to a room the second I got there because I had an appointment. I seen the doctor less than 5 minutes later. She was friendly and interested in how I was feeling. Very descriptive about what she was planning for my recovery. Nurse came in a minute later and took my vitals and commented to the doctor that I was inquiring about a few sleeping pills for the next few days since my sleep was suffering. I was out of there 5 minutes later. It was truly amazing to have it finished within a half hour. Will recommend and return if need be.

Made an appointment, showed up early and was taken right away. The nurses and doctor were phenomenal and the front desk lady was just such a doll! If I ever need to back to urgent care I will be going here! Great job everyone!
