I am very pleased with my visit on Friday February 13, 2026 The receptionist were kind and professional. There was no wait time for me The triage nurse was very nice and understanding. I spent less than 5 minutes waiting for the NP The NP explained his diagnose then treatment I will recommend Well Care in Camillus NY to others as an urgent care facility. Thank you kindly 😊

Many times I have gone to this WellNow Urgent Care location and received outstanding care. From the front desk staff to the providers Doctors, Nurses, PAs, Technicians and Radiologists all are such kind, smart, hardworking professionals that work together as a seamless team to make the "WeCare" in WellNow Urgent Care so true. This is a perfect example of a facility that could ease up the over populated emergency rooms in the area. I've received the best, most individual attention and care here when I can not get into my primary care doctor for days. I walk in and get seen without an appointment. A very great experience each time I have needed to get care here. Never had a long wait and got seriously excellent care. When I can not get an appointment with my PCP I come here. Emergency room is for true emergencies and I am very glad that WellNow Urgent Care takes me as a patient when I need to seen. Great follow up too which shows that the staff care about you. Thanks to the wonderful staff here!

Went in at 12:45 for a 1pm scheduled appointment online for my knee pain. No wait when arrived, got in a room seen nurse then doctor and had X-ray done with results and out the door by 1:30!!! Loved all the personal which was very helpful, friendly and so efficient!!! Very satisfied with the service!! Thank you!!!!

I made appointment and was seen very close to the time. Others who came in did have a long wait either. They have xray capability as well. Everyone was very nice. They used a wheelchair for me and had to push through snow to my car! Very nice!
