WellNow Urgent Care

I had a really positive experience at WellNow. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen — there was very little wait time, which is rare for urgent care. The clinic itself was very clean and well maintained, and everything felt organized and efficient. Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely return if I ever needed urgent care again.

Staff was not only incredibly efficient. They were very time efficient. The receptionist/nurse that greeted you from the beginning was incredibly kind. The nurse that did my triage I wish I could recall her name was so kind and so full of positive energy. The PA Nick Was efficient, told me exactly what was going on with my lack of taking my medication, He absolutely was spot on with my diagnosis and prescribed me what I needed for my asthma treatment.

Great overall experience from check-in to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The nurse was top-notch. She explained everything prior to running the tests which I appreciated. She was super nice and never made me feel rushed. If I could give 5 Stars+++++ to Dr. Izzo I would! He is extremely kind and caring! He has a sense of humor which was welcomed since I was feeling so crappy. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and calming. Kudos to the team at WellNow in Saratoga Springs! Thank you for working late hours to care for people like me who should have gotten their flu shot.

I had a wonderful experience and the staff were all extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and supported and took amazing care of my son. They didn’t rush me and they made me feel like a priority. I truly appreciated the care we got during our visit and my son left feeling much better.

I visited Wellnow in Saratoga for a quick visit for my 5 year old. I made an appointment on the site, it was a quick and friendly check-in as I had issues (likely with my phone, not the site) completing the check-in at home and there was no feeling of annoyance or judgement from the front desk despite it obviously delaying our preparedness. The nurse was great taking my spirited young child's vitals. The wait to see the provider (Joy) was quick and quiet. She seemed honest, kind, and excellent with my child as well as with a nervous mom. When we left we got slush puppies on the way out (!!!!!!) but BEFORE that my little one asked if every time he goes to the doctor if we could go there. And then a slush puppy?! In short, it was the best of a typically bummer experience. Why 4 stars then?
