WellNow Urgent Care

Zero star would be more accurate... WARNING: There billing department doesnt do outbound calls, meaning you will have to know how to get a on 3-way call with your insurance and WellNow in order to put in a claim and pay your bill. (Took me 4 hours to figure this out and get it resolved) BUT upon entry the entire place smelled like sewage due to a toilet backing up. During my appointment they decided to close down ( not allow anyone else inside ) and a week later I was sick with stomach issues. The reason I went in was for a x-ray on my ankle and WellNew said my insurance would cover the visit, ect. Turns out it didn't so I had to pay $60 for them to even see me, then I was charged $241 for being a New Visitor and $120 for the x-ray. When the nurse found my x-ray was negative she basical

I was in to see my nurse and then Dr fairly quickly. All of the people who I talked with personally were absolutely amazing. From the receptionist in helping us to get my VA benefits to pay for my visit as they are my primary care provider. To the nurse making us laugh and chat with us to make us feel so comfortable while getting all the initial vitals and info. To Dr Violanti coming in. Giving us information quickly. Cutting to the chase but still being very personable and joking around as well. We felt completely comfortable the entire time during our visit and I would recommend this WellNow urgent care center to ANYONE looking for and needing care for something now. As

Every time I've come here I've had a positive experience. The doctors, nurses, and all staff are so helpful. Both my sister, my mom and I have all been treated here it's the first place that we go if we don't feel good. They're able to diagnose, do x-rays, and just generally help! If you have a problem come in they'll be able to help you!

I had to visit urgent care while visiting my son. I don’t know anyone or where much of anything is. Everyone, from the moment I walked in, was so welcoming and helpful. The care I received was equally amazing. It’s not easy going someplace new for a medical issue. I would recommend that anyone go to this urgent care. I felt comfortable the entire time and I’m very appreciative.

Having never gone to an urgent care I was not sure what to expect. I was very impressed with the system and people. From the front desk, to Brittney & Kyle. A comprehensive history was taken, questions were asked and answered. Making me feel comfortable with both their knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to go there again
