WellNow Urgent Care

I had a very good experience at WellNow Urgent Care. The assistants were all pleasant and did a great job taking an initial history and vital signs. Teresa Dowd, PA was thorough and thoughtful in making her examination and diagnosis. She did a more comprehensive test after the initial screening test was negative. The second more comprehensive test came back positive. She then prescribed the correct treatment and I began to feel better soon after. She communicated well and was very calm and kind in her manner. I will recommend her to my family and friends.

Sharing my experience at this location, they attended to my five-year-old son very quickly and prescribed the medication he needed. Even though it was 7:40 at night, they were very responsive. I highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else.

I went to well now Urgent Care January 2026 thinking the backing of my earring fell into my ear canal. They were so wonderful and caring and my appointment was quick and efficient. The staff wee so engaging and even when the PA realizes that the backing was not in my ear she was so kind in letting me know so as not to feel foolish. I appreciated the pampering. Way to go Go WellNow urgent care. Thank you!

Edit to add: After enrolling in a payment plan they charged the first half of my payment, then three days later charged me the full amount of my bill. Not only are they not transparent about pricing, their billing department is a wreck. Don't bother emailing them either because they don't monitor their email. Also their billing department is only open Monday-Friday from 8-5, so if you work full-time, good luck. Went on New Year's Eve and it wasn't super busy. They expect you to pay for the visit up front which I did. Rooms are dirty, didn't see a sink in the entire place. NP or PA(can't remember which) didn't know what the problem was so she took a swab and didn't tell me it was a $2000 test and said she would send a prescription to my pharmacy. Prescription was never sent, one of the 300

Went in on Monday… let me just say everything was wonderful , the doctor she was superb the front desk was amazing but the young sir who came in before doctor who did my blood pressure and temp etc. (let’s say he was heavier set & of Asian decent looking) was RUDE! He was rushing during my visit towards me, laughed at me, put some smoke thing in his mouth before walking out my door, then I heard him speaking of me poorly to the other ladies at the desk of my appearance…How rude, lack of manners & patient care. Someone needs to train him better because everything was perfect but that assistant. Ruined my experience and went home paranoid.
