WellNow Urgent Care

On September 1st, 2025, I received a bill for services rendered, which arrived more than five months after my visit. The purpose of my visit was solely for a COVID-19 test, required for my return to work. Had I been aware of the cost beforehand, I would have opted for a more economical alternative. Upon reviewing the statement, I noted a charge for an "office outpatient visit new." I am seeking clarification on whether this designates me as a new patient, as I have previously utilized your facility's services on multiple occasions without incurring such a charge. The COVID-19 test was billed at $65, while the new patient visit, which lasted less than five minutes, was $241. This amount appears excessive, particularly when compared to the $85 fee charged by my primary care physician for a

Exceptional service! Things are done by QR code now & actually pretty straightforward & easy. This Well Now on S Transit has very nice, respectful & caring staff! I like that they trust you, knowing what you’re there for & treated me quickly! I will refer anyone looking for fast but thorough care to Well Now! Ps.. I got notification from pharmacy before I left parking lot that they received script & worked on it after I replied “Yes” to filling it now. So yes, when they say they sent it over.. it goes & fast, so you can get treated & get script quickly ( pending pharmacy quickness). I can’t thank you enough for being very pleasant & thorough! 👏

Very efficient people! Cherie(?) the nurse and Amy the doctor were amazing and extremely compassionate. Its like they listen to you as opposed to other places, where you are just a dollar sign! Definitely will be using them more!!!

I stepped on a piece of glass that needed X-rays and to have it taken out. Thank you, Courtney Dunn for that!! Everyone there was helpful and kind and they fixed me up quickly. I've had no pain since then. Thank you to everyone working there that night, I appreciate you!! And nice to see you again and be under your care, Courtney. 😁

Clean Urgent care, wasn’t there too long all though I made an appointment. The staff were great and respectful. Staff member at front desk made sure she told everyone to have a great day when leaving out the door! The coffee also tastes great and the staff in the back a a interesting taste in music I loved it!
