WellNow Urgent Care

I usually have the best experiences at this urgent care. They have been very efficient and accurate every time I have visited. They always find out what's wrong with me fairly quickly and they are always correct (unlike the surrounding urgent cares). I find the staff to be very personable and friendly. They also have unique amenities in their waiting room. I think they are maybe expecting a negative review from me because I walked in and waited for over an hour before I had to go to work. I rescheduled for the next day and had a fantastic experience. I just want to say they don't suck, the American health care system sucks. I also hate this system where we are expected to review everything. I am no doctor, who am I to review my Healthcare provider? I work in customer service so I certainl

kind helpful over the phone instructions seemed to easy? Then texted my intake form☺️, ok so boop boop on my phone see you in 28 minutes. Clean place. Television. Felt well informed of my illness to fully understand. Left hungry and happy. Definitely professional healthcare, she wasn't a Dr and probably knew more and definitely moved faster. Is was express lane healthcare and it felt kinda fun.

Totally disappointing experience. They don’t bill insurance companies like most urgent care facilities and they tell you it’s under the guise of a contract with BCBS that says they have to collect 20% of your deductible. I talked to a Senior Executive team member at BCBS and they said this is grossly false and erroneous information. They can collect up to the full amount of their cost for a visit and then bill the insurance company and they have up to 6 months to reimburse the consumer (if they reimburse at all). So, instead of my urgent care visit costing me $60 (which should have been the maximum I paid), they wanted to charge me almost $200. I went elsewhere and was treated much better and only paid $60 for my visit. And the front desk representative at WellNow is rude and takes her swe

Absolutely love the staff here! The newest member in training I believe she is a medical assistant was so nervous when she went to draw my blood but I ensured her she would be successful! I also shared more than enough info to the girls and the female doc this night ( definitely was TMI for them but I was honest and hilarious lol) that this was all my fault cuz I couldn't keep my legs closed lmao! 🤣 They laughed with me but they were all great! Def recommend coming here if your PCP is not available! Oh and they have yummy slushies!

Amazing customer service. My toddler was acting strange and started a fever on Christmas Eve. They got us in right away and we were able to get his ear infection treated quickly. The office was very clean and the doctor was prompt and to the point. In and out in an hour and half. Highly recommend. Also the lady at the front desk was amazing!
