At urgent care WellNow at Perinton Excellent service Provided to me. Everyone one was Professional , Friendly & Courteous right from the beginning. I would like to thank Ami , Richard , Katherine And Elizabeth Snook from the Bottom of My Heart. They Really made my Day and kept me at Ease. Elizabeth was Extraordinary Helpful ❤️🙏🏽

I was here two days in a row for an ear infection and both times scheduled online. There were a few people ahead of me and they said wait time could be 1-11/2 hours. I waited and it was maybe 20 minutes. Pleasant surprise. The staff were ALL friendly and attentive to what I shared. Thorough evaluation of my illness and treated with kindness. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

**Zero Stars If I Could. “Appointments” Are Apparently Just Decorative.** WellNow Urgent Care doesn’t understand the basic definition of an appointment. My wife — extremely sick with confirmed strep throat symptoms — scheduled an 8:40 AM appointment because she had to be at work by 9:30 (no choice of taking a sick day). She doesn’t have the luxury of just “taking the day off.” She planned responsibly. She booked ahead. She showed up on time. What she walked into was a line that looked like the launch of Tickle Me Elmo in 1996. And here’s the punchline: her “appointment” meant absolutely nothing. Despite having a confirmed time slot, she was told she’d be pushed back behind walk-ins. Let me repeat that: people who showed up without appointments were effectively treated the same as — or

I wanted to make sure the staff were given praise for how kind and caring they ALL were, from the secretary who checked in while I was waiting for my visit to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything, to the nurse who went above and beyond with the telehealth visit, to the man who answered my script question when the pharmacy messed it up. They all were so helpful and outstanding at their jobs that I wanted to make sure they were notified of how helpful and kind they were. It’s a well run establishment because of these people.

The wait was a little while but I was told when I came in how long it would be. The lady at the front desk at points apologized for the wait and thanked us for being patient. Once I was brought back it went very smooth and efficiently I was pretty much brought in the back and then left about 5-10 min later. Staff were super friendly. The waiting area was also very cool.
