WellNow Urgent Care

Today was my first visit to Alsil Urgent Care. They moved my appointment up because the online system scheduled me for a much later time. If you want to be seen sooner, it’s best to walk in, even if you booked online. The place was somewhat hard to find because the GPS couldn't locate the address. The place seems clean and the check-in clerk seems nice. Oh, they have free snacks and water, which was very thoughtful. The staff was polite, though very watchful. When you enter, everyone looks directly at you, which felt a bit uncomfortable but manageable. From what I observed, there isn’t a doctor on-site. You check in, then a technician takes your vitals and basic information, and then a nurse completes the visit. The nurse I saw was pleasant. Not sure if I would go there for major health i

I had a great experience at WellNow. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and truly empathetic, which meant a lot after leaving another doctor’s office due to unprofessional behavior. I wasn’t feeling well and was frustrated, but I immediately felt cared for here. The nurse was kind and very thorough, and the doctor took the time to listen, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. I genuinely felt heard and supported. I would definitely return.

Just WOW. !!! INCREDIBLY NICE, HELPFUL AND KIND STUFF ! Professional help, they stayed longer after time when I needed an X-ray. Really good atmosphere they create there. Professional medical office equipment. Clean and comfortable space.. children can play while waiting for doctors and also there is coffee, drinks, water…even snacks! Beautiful Halloween decorations. The treatment received from this urgent aid was a true blessing! Dr. Carrington is one of the kindest humans I have ever met. She not only took the time to treat my illness, but seen that I was upset and took a human moment to ask me if I was okay and offer support services/advice for what I am going through. I truly appreciated this moment and she is a true angel in the medical field. I pray she keeps this amazing kindness and bedside manner in our very hard corporate ran medical field. It was super easy being a walk in just use QR code to register. It was very simple and easy. I was seen within less then 10 minutes of walking in and I wasn't the only patient but still was seen very quickly. I felt very heard and understood by the whole staff and they took my medicate insurance so it was completely free including my prescriptions. I have been before years ago and remember how fast and easy it was, so that was 1st place I thought off and was completely satisfied with my visit. I definitely recommend anyone needing to go to a urgent care facility Wellcare is 100% the place to go.
