WellNow Urgent Care

Receptionist was extremely rude and they don't listen. They sent my medicine to the wrong pharmacy, causing a huge mess with my worker's comp insurance. The only good thing was the PA. I think her name was Jessica. She was very nice. The triage nurse was also nice. However, I do not recommend going there unless you literally have no where else to go.

A couple of weeks ago I sliced my finger pretty bad while cutting frozen food. I tried stopping the bleeding overnight but I wasn’t having much luck due to the location of the slice. Anytime I extended my finger the wound would re-open and start to bleed again. I visited WellNow Urgent Care and go figure, my insurance wasn’t active! They told me that it would cost $175 to be seen. Well that was the best $175 I’ve ever spent! It covered 1 tetanus shot, 5-6 lidocaine shots, 4 stitches and a follow-up visit to remove the stitches! I couldn’t be more happy with how my visit went. Thank you for fixing my finger!!! It has healed very nicely so far.

I never had to use these services before and I was very pleasantly surprised.i was greeted right away and given a tablet to fill out my information. Once completed I handed it back and was almost immediately shown to an examining room. An x-ray technician came in shortly after and took my x-rays. Then someone came in and explained what I had to do and answered all my questions. I left then.

I booked an appointment. Started on boarding online and they attempted to charge me $180 my co pay is $20. I asked why and they ran my insurance. It was two black ladies around 11:30am , They couldn’t get my insurance through to pay the $20 copay. The other lady said I might have to pay $180. I left I’m not paying $180 for what! I went to immediate care and was able to be seen with no problems. I’m done with WellCare all locations. Harlem is slow as hell.

Set up an appointment at 2am for the same day at 8am. I felt so terrible for days and needed urgent help to know what was going on/get some relief. I was even a few mins late but did my paperwork online beforehand. They brought me back immediately and was able to diagnose me and have the meds I needed in what felt to be about 10 mins. I am already feeling much better. I greatly appreciate the doctor/nurses for helping me so quickly.
