WellNow Urgent Care

You never go to Urgent care on your best day. However, the staff did the best they can to make it better. They were so kind and caring. No wait times to get into an exam room or have the nurse or physicians assistant come in to chat. Everything was super quick, even when waiting for Covid, strep, and flu tests to come back. I was really impressed with all of the staff. The facility was very clean and organized. There was someone who was just finishing up cleaning it when I was being brought in but the nurse said it had already been done so looks like the room had been cleaned twice! Definitely something you love to hear! Thank you so much WellNow on Rt 31 in Clay! Will absolutely go back when needed (but I hope not too soon!)

I arrived without an appointment & was quickly & politely directed to complete the application process . The main lady was very helpful getting Thru insurance glitch. The nurse took my vitals & cleaned up the Slushy i spilt. The PA was thorough in describing my ailment, which was pneumonia. He called in my meds in my Presence so theyd be ready soon. I was not expecting such excellent and swift service to be honest! Everyone at this facility was very friendly and professional. I was extremely impressed and satisfied .

Well, when I came in Wellness Urgent Care in route 31, the lady receptionist was helping me in my paperworks right away. Then after 5 minutes I was called and check by a nurse practitioner. He was very friendly and helpful. I like this place coz everybody are real friendly and helpful and you won’t need to wait too long to be serve❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

All the medical staff were amazing with my 2 year old. We went in with a temp of 104.5 and they were gentle, caring and got to the bottom of it while lowering his fever! Jacob the doctor was amazing and caring! My son never likes doctors but he felt comfortable with him! Highly recommend!

This was the best urgent care experience that I have ever had. I was able to give all my information and details prior to going. So once I arrived, checked in and was greeted very nicely and was called in no time. The nurses were very nice, helpful and caring. Extremely friendly as well. Made this sick experience very homely and caring.
