WellNow Urgent Care

My company made this appointment for me, so I walked in not knowing what to expect, but these people have been the nicest , most genuine and caring people I could have hoped for. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctors, they show you they really want to make sure you are getting the best treatment plan. They are very patient when explaining things, and go out of their way to make sure you are being well taken care of . I cannot say enough good things about Well Now, and plan on continuing to use them

As an RN and this being my 1st time to go to an urgent care facility, I was quite impressed. The lobby was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I saw CNP Kelsey. She was polite, professional, took time to understand my issue, and made sure I didn't have any further questions before wrapping up. If you need urgent care, I would recommend this facility and CNP Kelsey. Thanks!

I have great luck and tore my toe the day after Christmas and had to go to this place to have two internal stitches in three external stitches. They were so very kind it was a relatively fast visit and treatment. I was out of there long before I would have if I had gone anywhere else. The people there are phenomenal in the doctor I saw was just this pistol of energy in a teeny tiny package and I adored talking with her. I have always had such good luck at this place if I have needed to come. They are the ones that diagnosed me with COVID years ago and they were phenomenal about that as well. I recommend people go here if they cannot get to their regular doctor.

I came in feeling like absolute garbage, the staff were patient and understanding. They were kind and asked if I needed anything while waiting. When I felt like I was gonna puke one of the staff gave me a bag and water and checked on me multiple times until the doctor got there. The doctor was amazing, so kind and talked me through everything I had and had to do. I tested positive for Covid and had an ear infection, they still treated me like any other patient even after knowing I’m contagious. I know some doctors would be more cautious and not wanna be near you but the staff here still cared and tried there best to make me comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Customer for several years. Had the same insurance for years. My insurance says in network no co pay. Wellnow still demanded a $60 copay before I could be seen. When I questioned the guy at the front desk about why I had to pay, he got an attitude with me, going so far as to fling his chair when he got up to get a manager. I would have payed and filed for reimbursement but the front desk was extremely rude. The manager was no better. While she did better explain the situation (short breathed and rude), her mannerisms and attitude told me their bedside manor and understanding for what I was going through would most likely be non existent. Highly recommend Bronson urgent care down the road. They got me right in, had no problems with my insurance, no copay just like my insurance said.
