WellNow Urgent Care

My great experience started with the receptionist. She was friendly, patient with my shortfalls with technology and gave me great advice in making my visit more affordable. The x-ray technician was friendly, personable and efficient. The doctor Marlee was awesome. Thorough, friendly, caring, efficient and knowledgeable but listened at the same time. Very competent. Most experiences I have had with Urgent Care’s have not been good. Certainly very few stood out. Very pleased that this one did in a great way. Seemed to have a good team that works together and WANTS to be there. Seemingly more the exception than the rule when it comes to Urgent Care. Great job all! Kudos!

I made a reservation at this facility. I also filled the intake out online before I arrived. That was easy. There was a bit of await even with a reservation, but only about 45 min. Understandably as this is a walk in site. The front desk girl was working alone and had alot of people to check in. She was efficeint, personable and had a smile on her face while interacting with alot of people and questions. Big kudos to her as some people may not be able to handle a high volume clients! The nurse who took my vitals was equally as inviting and very nice. The PA went over my results and offered some options. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I will choose this location in the future if I have any needs. I felt unrushed and the P.A was definately caring! Worth the wait and the slushy mac

Staff is very knowledgeable and responsive !! I have been pleased the last two times I have been seen by Wellcare staff. Wait time had improved, but I have been making appts which work out well. The one downside is that the medical records are not kept online, so I had to re- enter all the info again which is not always easy to do on the website ?!? Some additional attention to those details will make the experience better :))

I am writing this review based on my wife’s experience at WellNow, which was extremely disappointing. She went in to give a blood sample for MMR titers and was told the lab results would be available within 20–48 hours. After 48 hours, she went back to collect the report and was told it would be ready the next day (Thursday). When she returned on Thursday, she was then told the report would take 7 business days. Even after 7 business days passed, no one contacted her—no call, no text. She tried calling multiple times, but no one answered the phone. When my wife asked the staff why she kept receiving incorrect and conflicting information, the workers became upset and said they were not responsible for what other staff members had told her. First of all, the wait times are completely brutal. I guess this is to be expected from an urgent care, IF you were a walk in. I scheduled an appointment and wasn’t roomed until 2 hours later. Contrary to the other reviews above, the front staff member was quite kind, offering texting services so that I could wait in my car. However, this is where the positives end. The medical assistant was rude and dismissive, barging into the room without knocking. No one verbalized anything they were doing. The medical assistant jammed a temperature probe into my ear without warning causing me to wince in pain. No one introduced any of their names. To them, I wasn’t a patient, just another number/a chart. The chart itself was also documented incorrectly, with a mistake on the side where my blood pressu
