We are using Wellness Concepts only because the assisted living home where our mother resides gives us no choice of drug stores. We are required by Journeys Crossing of Elkton, Virginia, to use whichever store they choose. Even though Elkton Pharmacy is only a block away from Journeys we must use Wellness Concepts in Grottoes. Since Wellness Concepts has taken over the account, we have had issues with Mom’s prescriptions being changed without permission. When we question this, the prescription is changed back with apologies but then it happens again. We are concerned that our 90-year old mother has had adverse health effects due to the pharmacy changing her medication. We meet twice a month to pay Mom’s bills. Now we are told that we have only 10 days to pay the pharmacy bill...no matter w
