Wellness Compounding Pharmacy and Supplement Center

First time here, the customer service was excellent. We dropped off our prescription without a fuss. On the second trip here, it was even better. Me and my wife will return again if needed, and we highly recommend this place. Nice, clean, well-lit store with friendly people working here!

My family has been using Wellness Compounding Pharmacy for over 10 years now and I am extremely grateful that I can get compounded formulas that aren't available in my local area. The staff is ALWAYS professional and friendly; I've worked with Ashley, Cody, and Angie and they are all experts in their own department, always kind, helpful, and prompt. They are also willing to mail my medications and put my prescription creams in a natural base! Plus the costs are extremely affordable! This team is meeting a dire need for my family and I am incredibly grateful.

Rude and unprofessional staff & "pharmacy supervisor"! If you inquire about your prescription that's been sitting on their countertop for a week because "they have a better idea" than what your provider has prescribed they get immediately offended that you question- literally anything! Angie, you should be ashamed of how you're operating and your gas lighting practices are not going unnoticed by people in this small valley ( evident by multiple bad reviews calling you out specifically). I am thrilled to move both of my costly prescriptions somewhere else!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Brandy on the phone 2 days in a row with a series of complete random and detailed questions about a certain product. In the first phone call, she put me touch with a pharmacist Kathleen who also continued to exceed my expectations in customer service these days. The second day (and phone call) was Brandy again and she was just as helpful as the previous day. I will not only be sending my personal patients to them when possible, it will be my personal choice as well. I have not even been to their location yet personally, yet I know it will be a positive interaction. Looking forward to it.
