Wellmax Medical Center - West Palm Beach

By nature these places are confusely and disorganized. A lot of people giving and shouting commands and directions . All of a sudden the company s sold to another one but this one I noticed something different, they’re somewhat a bit more organized and exercise more attention on patient, which is what we’re looking for at our advancing age and medical needs. Of course mistakes are being made for this young endeavor, ( I’ve been waken up at 5:30 am. One of your polite drivers ringing our door bell to provide us a ride to an early medical appointment ( even though I have repeatedly told them we have vehicles) I guess they need some fine tuning on their communication. But in general they are making a difference for the better, in this difficult medical service. They are doing way better than

At the Wellmax Medical Center, there are apparently too many appointments for the doctors , resulting in patients having to wait a very long time, an hour and more, which is unforgivable. Also, most of the time if not all the time they give you appointments without telling you beforehand if you are available or not for those days. Finally, it is incredible that a Center that serves seniors only has a parking space for people with physical disabilities like me. Specialist doctors only going to the center only once a month (that's why too many appointment for a single doctor in one day? ). The 3 stars is because the the nurses, the people at the front desk and all the staffs are very nice and friendly. I am not the only one with the same complaints.

Excellent service. The doctors are amazing. The nurse treated me like I’m a queen. William is very attentive and nice person. The social worker is very emocional person she listen about your personal situation and find a way to help you. The medical assistant of the doctor is great and a beautiful person.every person in the clinic is amazing. The transportation is on time, they are also very nice and take care of you making sure you arrived safe to your destination. I love Las Mercedes Medical Center and the team♥️

All staff are very kindly, respectful and professional. Wont regret to change there. Will recommend anyone.
