This facility helped our loved one a lot, but sadly I wouldn't recommend them because they're poorly managed, disorganized and hard to get a hold of when you need to. This was our first experience with a PACE program, so I'm not sure what the other options are like. I would recommend calling a few and see which one resonates more with you.

I am totally impressed and overwhelmed at the level of care and professionalism and attention to detail and concern about my comfort and care here at Welbe Health. All the staff there rise to a level above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I go thru the doors in the mornings I can feel the love and caring of everyone there including the drivers which take great care in making sure I arrive at the center and appointments safe and sound. The atmosphere is great and pleasant and very clean. I love and look forward to attending and interacting with all the staff there. I only wish I could have found this place sooner. Unprofessional! Texting me at all hours of the night trying to force me to quit Kaiser and my job . The place is filthy with roach traps visible everywhere. I would call it a scam !

I was blessed to attend the wed. Official kickoff to the Hamilton ave office was very impressed awesome staff awesome facility everything was sounding to good to be true AND WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHTI CALLED THE OFFICE TODAY GOT MESSAGE THAT THEY WOULD CALL BACK RECIEVED CALL BACK AND FROM THE VERY FIRST WORD IT WAS TERRIBLE . I MENTIONED THAT I HAD ONLY PUT MY NAME IN HAD GONE TO THE GRAND OPENING AT HAMILTON OFFICE HAVE THE NEED FOR DENTURES AS I HAVE NO BOTTOMS AND CRACKED TOPS AS WELL MAKING MOST MEALS HARD TO EAT AS WELL CRONIC KNEE PAIN FROM PAST ACCIDENT LIMITING MY ABILITY TO WORK SO NO EMPLOYMENT FOR PAST 10 YEARS..WELL THIS NON PROFESSIONAL SOMEWHAT RUDE LADY WITH ONLY ASKING MY AGE TELLS ME I DONT QUALIFY BECAUSE I DONT TAKE ENOUGH MEDICATION AND THAT I NEED TO BE SOME WHAT UNAB
